Our in-house WMS integrates deeply with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, pulling orders automatically and dispatching the same day. As a first-hand freight agent we also provide air and sea DDP shipping from Shenzhen to Malaysia and Singapore.

一件代发的合作流程是怎样的？多久可以开始发货？
流程为：商务对接 → 签订协议 → 开通 WMS 账号 → 头程备货到仓 → SKU 建档上架 → 店铺授权对接 → 开始发货。若货物已在马来西亚仓，1–2 个工作日即可完成对接开始发货；若需从中国备货，则取决于头程时效（空运 3–5 天，海运 12–18 天）。
支持哪些平台？需要自己导单吗？
飞兔 WMS 深度对接 TikTok Shop、Shopee、Lazada 等主流平台，店铺授权后订单自动获取，无需人工导单。其他平台或独立站可通过 API / ERP 对接。
